Looking at all of the incredibly detailed information that has been created through the many years of Mecha/Sci Fi Anime.
It's kinda odd that they'd be releasing a VF-4 Master File. The Lightning has only been featured in a music video and a bunch of minor side-stories.
I'll allow it since it's super cool. It will most likely be a bunch of new/made up for this book information, so it will be interesting to see what they come up with. (Like the VF-22 Super/Strike packs in the YF-21/VF-22 Master File.)
